Lund University will be the first one in Sweden to start a PhD research school on Agenda 2030 in Fall 2019. The school will be cross-disciplinary and aims at training a new cohort of PhD students versed in Agenda 2030 and able to tackle the grand challenges that the Agenda entails from a multi-disciplinary perspective. At the School of Economics and Management we are in the process of hiring three PhD students on Agenda 2030. Furthermore, we will be coordinating two of the PhD courses.
I will be leading the PhD course onTransformations towards sustainability: Responsible consumption and production, together with Associate Professor Susanne Ardvinsson. The course will be up and running already in Fall 2019 and will engage teachers from different faculties and research institutions at Lund University.
